An online weekly planner you can fill in one line

Cutline is an online weekly planner built around one screen: your seven days side by side. You can type your week in a single sentence ("gym 3x at 7, deep work 3h every weekday at 9"), start from a ready-made template, or drag blocks in by hand.

Three ways to plan a week

1. Type it

On the Cutline home page there is a week builder. Write your week the way you would say it, separated by commas:

Cutline reads the activity, how often, how long and when, and lays it out across Monday to Sunday. Clashes are nudged to the next free time.

2. Copy a template

Start from a week someone already proved works, like the 5 AM Founder, Content Machine or Exam Week, and change what does not fit.

3. Drag it

In the app, drag down any day to create a block, then move and stretch it. Everything snaps to 15 minutes.

After the plan: the week itself

A planner is only as good as the week that follows. In Cutline every block can be ticked when it is done, which earns XP, clears days and builds a record. On Sunday you can see how many of your planned hours you actually finished, per category, and plan the next week with that in mind.

Questions

Is the weekly planner free?

Yes. Planning your week, XP, streaks and the Arena are free on Cutline for good.

Can I print my weekly plan?

Cutline is built to be used live rather than printed, so you can tick blocks as you go. Each template page on this site shows the week day by day, which you can print from your browser.

Does Cutline sync with Google Calendar?

Not today. Many people keep meetings in Google Calendar and plan the hours they control in Cutline.
