Why it works
- Training at the same time daily makes it non-negotiable.
- Study after training, when you have eaten and the day is calm.
- Recovery is a block, not something that happens if there is time.
Make it yours
- Put games and travel in as blocks the moment you know them.
- Move one study block to the morning on game days.
