Why it works
- Study every morning when your memory is freshest.
- Practice tests under exam conditions are the best predictor of the real result.
- Evening review moves the day's material into long-term memory.
- A short workout improves focus and sleep.
Make it yours
- Split the 3-hour block into 50-minute sessions with 10-minute breaks.
- Put your actual exam dates in as blocks so the countdown is visible.

Questions
How many hours a day should I study before an exam?
Most students do well with 3 to 5 focused hours a day, plus practice tests. More hours of tired studying add little.
