Who it is for
A training schedule that fits around the rest of your life
Athletes use Cutline to plan training as fixed blocks in the same calendar as work or school, so sessions do not get squeezed out. Ticked sessions build a record of finished training hours, and recovery gets its own blocks.
Training does not live in a separate world
A training plan in a spreadsheet does not know about your exam, your shift or your client call. Put training in the same week as everything else and conflicts show up while you plan, not at the gym door.
An athlete's week
- Training: the sessions from your plan, as blocks at fixed times.
- Recovery: mobility, sleep windows and a rest day, as blocks too.
- Meals: if timing matters, block them.
- Work or study: around training, not on top of it.
The Athlete + Student template shows a week of morning classes, afternoon training and evening study.
For coaches
Coaches can ask athletes to join the Arena to see weekly finished training hours side by side, and to post their week on the Floor. On the Crew plan, every athlete's seat carries the yellow Crew seal; on Brand, your club's logo becomes the badge.
