Who it is for
A planner for freelancers that also gets you paid
Freelancers use Cutline to split the week between client work, finding the next client and admin, and on Verified and up to send payment links after a session. Revenue for the week and month sits next to the hours that earned it.
The freelancer's three jobs
Every freelancer runs three businesses at once: doing the work, finding the work, and the admin around it. The first one always wins the day, which is why so many freelancers swing between too busy and too quiet.
A freelance week
- Client work: your best hours, in blocks of 2 to 3 hours, named after the client.
- Pipeline: 45 minutes every morning for outreach and follow-ups, even when you are fully booked.
- Admin: one block on Friday for invoices, bookkeeping and email.
- Learning: one or two hours a week on a skill you can charge more for.
Get paid in the same place
Payment links on Verified and up use your own Stripe account. Create a link for "Website audit, 6,000 kr", send it right after the call, and see the payment land in Revenue. Cutline takes 0%.
Know your real hourly rate
Name your blocks after clients and you can see how many hours a client took this week. Put that next to what they paid in Revenue, and you know which clients are worth it.
